Description
The chassis of a Passenger Transport Company Moa Senior with a front mounted engine parked next to the Otahuhu War Memorial. Part of the statute can be seen in the left background. On the right side of the large rectangular grill is a licence plate that reads D1.143. The engine is exposed. It appear to be a different view of 02/080/045 which has been identified as Moa Senior chassis no 26 by the Auckland Public Libraries. In the background is a second monument, power lines, trees and houses. No 26 was originally built in the 1940s and was disposed of about 1966.
