Description
Left side of one of the earlier models of the Passenger Transport Company buses parked at the side of a road. On the engine is Stewart bus. The sign in the window gives the destination as Otahuhu Penrose Puhunui Rd. In the left background are the fronts of three business. The businesses are: Otahuhu Fibrous Plas... Works, Thomas Clemen.. Builder and Contra.... and part of a building with Wright on it. In the right background is part of a a brick building with a chimney. Stewart buses were used by the Passenger Transport Company in the 1930s and 1940s. See 02/080/038 for a partial front and side view.
