Description

This deed of apprenticeship dated 1 May 1916, in which William Hatcher of Devonport, Auckland is apprenticed to J. F. Leighton & Son Limited to learn the business of compositer for a term of six years. A handwritten note on the third page says that the indenture was completed to the firm's satisfaction on 1 May 1922.
