Description

Standard Unit used for inflight aircraft catering by Ansett New Zealand. Coated steel with swing handle at front and swing handle on top. Single hinge door with twist knob door handle and "push to close" mechanism for keeping door secure during flight. Includes label slot on door and four shelf runners on the inside. Includes plastic trays, plastic dinner plates, plastic side plates, foil food trays, foil food covers, plastic cups, glasses, utensil sets, sugar packets (accessioned under 2016.7.2=15).
