Description
Tall yellow rectangular plastic case with hinged lid and yellow canvas carrying strap around body of case. Body of case labelled "PYE / GAS MONITOR" and engraved "NZPO". Case contains the Gas Monitor which has a black metal control screen. Control screen features: Battery level monitor, two dials, a button, two small red lights and a large red light labelled "ALARM". On left side of control face is two plugs. Labelled "GAS MONITOR PYE" and engraved "SD20443". Inside lid of case is the "METHOD OF OPERATION" instructions printed in black on a yellow background.
Two cables stored inside case. One is the gas detection device, which is on the end of the cable - it is silver, metal and round with a small piece of mesh on bottom face, labelled "FIGARO / TGS813". The other is the cable to charge the battery, which is a standard power plug in white and hardwired into device.
