Description
Full body khaki green thick cotton drill suit, double breasted opening up the front with long brass zip, two large brass zip pockets at hip, zip openings also at sleeve and leg cuffs. Various pockets and openings throughout suit with some domed and buttoned closures.
Cotton label sewn into inside of front zip “ OUTER / SIZE 4 / Height 5’8/9’ / Breast 36/” / Waist 32/34” / Seat 37/39” / Leg 29 ½” / C.No.H.173543/40/C.I.d.”
Black ink stamp on proper right lapel interior “FP / 1941”.
Detachable cream wool collar, Buttonholes around neck for attachment to flying suit. Very faded green coloured lining.
