Description
The collar badge is from the 3rd (Auckland) Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly's Own), New Zealand Rifle Infantry.
The badge depicts an arm clasping a sheaf of wheat, with 'SI SIT PRUDENTIA / 3rd AUCK REGIMENT N.Z. INFANTRY' in a two tier scroll below it.
Maker's name is stamped on the reverse "J.R. GAUNT / LONDON".
There is also a pin mounted vertically to the back.
