VE-Day celebration rattle/noisemaker. Painted red and blue, wooden. Single cylindrical handle attached to a star shaped turning piece that rotates. Long then plank of ply attached to solid block of ply at opposing end, which is attached to top and bottom with nails, and is weighted.
