This top section sits mounted on black metal frame base with 'SUN' logo in red, handle, four wheels and hooks on sides with various leads (blue,red,black) draped over them, each lead has a clamp (some similar to jumper leads) at ends and one has a blue gun/probe on end "SUN STROBE III ADVANCE TIMING LIGHT'.
