Given the similarities with other photos in this series, I would say that this is Parnell District School, which opened in 1933 on St Stephen's Ave. The building still stands. Part of it can be seen from 32 Gladstone Road (https://goo.gl/maps/ocQ1VSSZUuwKLbXg8). Different photos of the building come up on the school webpage: https://parnell.school.nz/heritage/
