Cattle Wagon - H948 - 4-wheeled wagon.

Brief History
Cattle wagon H 948 was one of a batch of 207 H 9 cattle wagons built between 1939 and 1942 (177 built for North Island, 35 for South Island). New Zealand's stock transport is now moved by road, but New Zealand Railways was once the prime mover of stock throughout the country, servicing major towns and cities, rural areas and freezing works.
