Vickers Armstrong Supermarine Spitfire IIA. P7350.
Single seat fighter powered by a Rolls-Royce Merlin XII liquid-cooled in-line engine. Maximum speed 370 mph. Armament eight .303 machine guns. This aircraft, based at Coningsby with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is the only airworthy spitfire that fought in the Battle of Britain.
