Brass coloured metal badge with wings on either side of oval in centre. Centre is coloured blue with gold lettering/logo "ATC". Backing is permanently fixed to object, Tear drop shaped with square hole in lower half.

This ATC badge was awarded to cadets who received the RNZAF ATC Flying Scholarship. I received on in 1977 and flew to RNZAF Wigram for it. I flew 8 hours in an RNZAF Airtourer.
