Description

White cotton, Yoke: lace trim at neck, bordered by 2 vertical stripes of Broderie Anglaise, in centre there is alternating vertical stripes of gathering and Broderie Anglaise, beneath are 2 horizontal stripes of Broderie Anglaise, Scoop neck. Sleeves: Long, cuff is Broderie Anglaise with lace trim. Skirt: plain. Waist: Band for drawstring which ties in back. Closure: Drawstring tie at neck. Belt tie: Sewn in at side of waist both sides. c.1900.
