Description

White cotton. Plain frill collar with briaded trim. Gathered at yoke from neck to waist. There is a Broderie Anglaise central horizontal panel with belt ties stitched at either end. The ties falre out and become wider. Long sleeves with plain frill trim. Plain skirt. Drawstring at neck for closure. c. 1900.
