Ivan Bowen, world champion shearer at Kaikoura A. and P. Show, shearing a sheep on outdoors stage. Man in white coat with mike to his right. Truck parked behind stage with sheep on back tray of the truck. Man sitting on cab of truck with another standing on the running board. Sign at front of stage with "The first in 1877 Wolsely still the first! Sheep Shearing Machinery". Three agents also listed on sign. Another sign to left of stage and below, advertising "Buzzacot Rotating Power Spray Dip". Sign to the right reading "Shearing demonstration by Ivan Bowen" with Wolseley endorsement. Likely from 1961-62.
