A Pan Am hostesses hat. Made from light blue cotton with white machine sewn lines over the hat. One side has one raised wing. Lined with dark blue crepe. Sewn into the lining band is the manufacturers label:"Mae Hanauer / 18 EAST 55th ST. NEW YORK".
