Description
A blue cotton Naval collar with three panels at one edge of the collar. Around the front edge is a white and blue striped ribbon. On the reverse is blue and white striped fabric on to which information is printed in black ink (possibly maker and owners info). Cotton straps at bottom of collar for attaching to body (middle panel has two fabric loops either side; left and right panels have long straps attached and face inwards towards loops). Left and right panels both have section of striped fabric attached on outside edge- possibly fabric straps which have been cut off. Hand stitching within inside edge of panels to strengthen.
