Description

A dynamometer mounted on a varnished wood backing that is cantered on a varnished wood base. Top of instrument has a circular paper scale measuring from 0 to 350 degrees with a metal swivelling needle. Mount has a coil of wires held in place with a metal bracket. Wires attached to two of three knobs one base. Metal hook-like attachment in front of coil.
