Description

A wooden commemorative plaque. The plaque features a circular emblem with an image of a spiked baton with a long handle. Two golden wings protrude from the handle. The background is black. Surrounding the emblem is a gold coloured rope-like border with the number '851' at the top. Above the emblem is a gold detail of a ship flanked by two sails. Below the emblem is a gold coloured scroll with black lettering 'Air Naval Squadron'. Embedded in the back of the plaque is a plastic hook for hanging marked with 'Made in Great Britain'.
