Description

A wooden commemorative plaque. The plaque features a circular emblem with an image of a crown set inside a golden sun. The centre of the sun is purple. The background is blue. Surrounding the emblem is a gold coloured rope-like border with the name 'Emperor' at the top. Above the emblem is a gold detail of a ship flanked by two sails. Below the emblem is a gold coloured scroll with black lettering 'HMS Emperor'. Embedded in the back of the plaque is a plastic hook for hanging marked with 'Made in Great Britain'.
