Description

A wooden commemorative plaque. The plaque features a central circular emblem with an image of a green, fire breathing dragon against a white background. Surrounding the emblem is a gold coloured rope-like border with the number '886' at the top. Above the emblem is a gold detail of a ship flanked by two sails. Below the emblem is a gold coloured scroll with black lettering 'Vires Aquirit Eundo', which means 'We gather strength as we go'. Embedded in the back of the plaque is a plastic hook for hanging marked with 'Made in Great Britain'.
