Description

A wooden commemorative plaque. The plaque features a central circular emblem with a silver ship with a gold crown atop. There are gold and blue wavy lines in the lower section. Surrounding the emblem is a gold coloured rope-like border with the name 'Ark Royal' at the top. Above the emblem is a gold detail of a ship flanked by two sails. Below the emblem is a gold coloured scroll with black lettering 'Desire N'a Pas Repos'. Embedded in the back of the plaque is a plastic hook for hanging. The hook is marked 'Made in Great Britain'. There is a gold printed adhesive sticker with the details of the seller or maker on it.
