Description

Rectangular black bakelite fuse unit with three levers connected with a horizontal bar to form one switch. Next to each lever reads "11.4 A", with "ON" and "OFF" at top and bottom of each lever. Above each lever is a panel, two of which read "Heinemann / Australia", and one which reads " V/WN CF3 / 415V 50~AC / Curve STD". Six terminals in total, 3 at either end of fuse unit.
