Description
A continuous current (DC) ampere-hour meter encased in a black cast iron cube with a circular glass window in front surface with dial visible behind. Scale reads from 0-280 multiplied by 10, and is measured with both a red and black needle. "A / 9" has been stencilled in white paint on the right hand side of the meter. Meter has multiple terminals on back side, the bottom two have "B+" and "G+" embossed above.

I have one of these removed from a 24 volt pedestrian forklift truck. There are two large terminals on the back that are obviously to be connected in the dc cable from the battery to the motor. There are two much smaller wires protruding from the back also. I imagine these are to be connected to a 24 volt dc charging supply so the meter runs one way when charging and the other way when discharging into the traction motor or hydraulic pump.
