Description
A ceramic teapot with a lid, manufactured by Royal Daulton. The teapot body is an octagonal shape and is cream coloured with a pattern of pansies in pink, yellow and blue around the body. The spout and handle have black on one side and cream on the other. The lid repeats the octagonal shape and has a black rim and knob. Marked on the base: 'Royal Doulton / England / RN 597783' and 'D4049'. The stamp indicates the teapot was made between 1902 and 1956.
