Description
Hand powered Meat Slicer used in a butchery. Slicer is made or porcelain and coloured white with a blue square decoration lining the edge of the machine. The top of the machine is split into two sections, the rail is rectangular with a raised and outwards turned edge, this leads into the blade which is along the edge of the circular platform on the other end. There is a metal 'catcher' beneath the blade for the meat to fall into. There is a circular hand driven turning wheel on the right with a wooden handle
