Description
Two cranes lifting a Lockwood building to the top of the Auckland International terminal building. This Lockwood building was adapted to become the transit lounge for Air New Zealand in the early 80s. Part of the metal hexagonal outside structure can be seen. Three banners are attached to the building. One is Lockwood with the logo. One is Air New Zealand. The fourth is partially visible: First Class Transit Lounge can be seen. The left crane has Carlton on it. The right crane is behind the lifted building and has Central Cranes Ltd, Auckland on it's body. There is a man in dark clothing and a white hard hat standing between the two cranes. Part of the enclosed walkway can be seen on the left side.
