Green and black tin toy steam with red wheels. Rectangular in shape. Small chimney in roof. Roof has a ridged texture. Shovel features include brake windable bucket. Brake lever at rear. The toy itself is also a windup. Winder on right side. Crank on left side. There is a yellow uniformed figure in the cab.
