Description

Signed by John Stannage (radio operator) and Charles Kingsford Smith (pilot) of this flight. Two loose newspaper clippings are with this item and were previously stuck to the back of the frame this object was in. The clippings show an image of the crew and talk about the radio communication between the aircraft and amateur operators, including mention of Leslie Birch.
