Description

Group portrait of men and women. The ages differ widely, they are dressed in a variety of "good" clothing, some with hats and some without hats. There is nothing obvious to link these people together. It is possibly a work outing with the person in charge seated in the centre of the front row. The front row is from left to right: a man, three women, a man, four women. All are seated on the ground. Behind them are three seated rows of men and women. At the back is a standing row of sixteen men. In the background is a hedge, in the foreground is grassy vegetation.
