Description
Head and shoulders portrait of a man in uniform. He is wearing a peaked cap with an oval metal insignia attached in the centre of the front. The left lapel of the jacked has a small oval pin attached to it, part of the writing on it is UFBA. The left lapel is partly covering a row of medals attached to the left side of the jacket. In the left background is a partial view of the left shoulder, side and medals of a second man standing behind Captain Watts. The edges of the photograph have been removed to leave an oval image in the centre. The caption reads:
