Description

Hair perming device, Hillcastle midget, in brown wooden box with metal handle. The perming unit has a small metal frame with three heating rods to hold hair clips. Unit has power cable and red light on top. Numerous hair clips attached to unit, some of which say "CASTLERAY". Hot clips type, pre war 1930.
