White cotton uniform short sleeve shirt with button opening half way down front, stitched holes on shoulder for attaching epaulettes, two breast pockets, white top stitching, pleat at centre back. Hand written on collar is number '14' and below is name 'W.T. BILLINGS'. WWII era.
