A metal, glass and plastic astrograph. Large clear oblong shaped panel serves mapping/navigational purposes. Metal makers plate stating 'ASTROGRAPH MK IA, REF. No. 6B/182, SER. No. [...]'.

Brief History

The Astrograph is a navigational aid that projects star charts to overlay onto navigational plotting charts. This allowed aviators to determine their position.
