Description
A milkshake making machine. The label on front has 'Jiffy' brand logo in blue lettering, and 'DOMESTIC DRINKMIXER UNIT'. Below this is 'AIRSPEED ELECTRICS LTD.' in bold blue lettering, 'AUCKLAND NZ' in lighter blue lettering. Four rubber feet underneath, creamy beige coloured plastic body, metal beater hangs down from body and metallic finish metal cup is fitted underneath that on a metal resting place. Plug has 'MADE IN N.Z' included in the plastic mould. Blue and silver coloured metallic sticker on reverse partially torn.

I have just inherited one from my late Mother. Still has the original three metal shake vessels

We have one of these milkshake machines that my wife’s father used in his milk bar in the 60’s and 70’s. It is now used on almost a daily basis in our home. Original condition and still going strong. They don’t make products like this to last anymore.

I have one of these machines. I keep it for sentimental reasons as I used to work for Airspeed Elecrtrics in the late 60's. It was an after school job and I must have assembled 100's of these machines, including the one I have. The business premises was an old house up the top end of Marua Rd, Ellerslie.
