Description

Band: thin strip of black synthetic fabric. Badge: Wire coil stitched in shape of wings enclosing an anchor wrapped in chain. Crown above wings. Red, blue and green thread used to depict jewels in crown. Red velvet fabric used on crown. Badge constructed on woollen fabric with canvas backing and padding- stitched onto band. Standard Royal Naval Officer Hat Badge insignia.
