Intercom - wall mounted, 6-line. Handset is missing. There are 9 push buttons on the front panel arranged in no particular pattern. On the right of these buttons are 3 red light indicators arranged vertically.
On the left are 6 small panels which state:

Kitchen 4
Community Rm 5
Nursery 6
On top is a cradle with a U-shaped carry handle at each end.
