Description
Black rubber face mask with Perspex plates for eyes and a filter above the mouth. Elasticised straps attach to the mask and meet at a four-sided shaped piece of rubber with "No.4" and "308060" printed in white. The rest of the printing is not legible. Attached to the filter is a khaki-coloured, long, rubber tube shaped like a series of round discs (concertina type). At the other end is a red painted metal canister with an oval-shaped base. On one side there are 2 thin parallel slits.
