Description
Wooden box with a hinged lid on top. The box contains a meter for measuring insulation resistance for tramway underground cables. Meter consist of a scale under a glass plate. Behind is a leather strap, with a rotating mechanism behind. To the left are 2 switches and an oval knob with electrical cords extending from it.
