Description
-1 Eiki model RT-2 16 mm movie and sound projector. 240 Volts, 50 Hz, Lamp: 24 V, 250 W, Amp. Opt. 15 W, total watt: 0.45 kW. The side cover comes off by snapping open the clip and inside is a Pioneer speaker cone for the sound. The accompanying Owner's Instruction Manual gives detailed step-by-step information on the operation of this projector.
-2 Screen - folded with a solid chrome loop on top to suspend the screen.
-3 Take-up spool, grey in colour with 8 spokes.
-4 Feed spool with film, yellow in colour with 4 pairs of spokes. It has a label on top: "Opening of Auckland International Airport 1968 featuring flying display of civil and military aircraft from NZ, Australia, UK and USA with aerobatic and parachute displays - 10 mins. Second part of film is of crazy aeroplanes doing crazy things mainly in USA - 16 mins."
-5 Lens: Anamorphic-16, Proskar, made in Japan. No.811499. With a lens cap. This is a cinemascopic lens.
-6 Film splicer made by Siemens of Germany.
