Description
The platen is in 2 parts - top portion is electrically heated with adjustable screw mechanism enabling the top plate to be adjusted according to the material to be pressed. There is a rotary switch mounted on the left side of the top plate with an electrical cord 1200 mm long made of cotton with 3 separate wires encased in cotton and a 3-pin plug (broken). The operating lever mechanism for the press is via a long handle mounted as an extension of the bottom base plate. The handle is 450 mm in length.
Volts 220 AC.
Note: Original operation not known. Possibly for photographic mounting.
