Description
Square ceramic blue plate with rounded corners. It features a sketch in black of an aircraft labelled G-ADPR. Around it is the inscription: "First England-New Zealand Flight by Jean Batten - October 1936, LXMPNE-Auckland, 11 Days 1 Hour 25 Minutes". Below it is the name and address of Lock Burr & Co. Ltd. On the base is a stamp saying: "Made in England".
