Rectangular piece of silk with topographical map of Osaka region of Japan on it. The top has the title Osaka along with the disclaimer "For use by War and Navy agencies only. Not for sale or distribution". Also "Restricted" in red. Across the bottom are the legend, scale, index to boundaries and index to adjoining sheets.
