Description
Round, black hat with black patent leather peak. A black strip of plastic 10 mm wide runs along the top of the peak. The body of the hat is made of thick black fabric with the top overhanging over the rest of the hat. A woven band of fabric runs around the circumference. Sewn in that band at the front is a fabric badge (black with gold stitching). It features "T" and "A" underneath a set of wings. The interior of the brim is lined with brown patent leather 45 mm wide. A small white bow is sewn to the back of that support. The hat is lined with black fabric and has a label sewn into the centre: "Chas Hill & Sons Ltd., Wellington N.Z."
