Description
Air New Zealand Men's Uniform Jacket. Dark blue, single-breasted, 3-button suit jacket. The lapels are pointed and there are 3 gold TEAL buttons down the front. Each has the TEAL crest of "TEA" in the centre with wings on either side. On the left chest has been sewn a fabric badge. Inside the crest is the Air New Zealand Koru logo - 2 gold braids shaped like an arrow. To the right of the crest is a gold wing. Both sleeves have 3 gold ribbons with purple fabric between them. They reach only half way around the sleeve. There are 2 slit pockets in the front. In the interior, inside the left chest, are 2 slit pockets trimmed with blue and a rectangular flap of fabric that falls on top of them. The other inside chest has only one pocket and the "Canterbury, Made in New Zealand" label. There are also washing instructions sewn to the inside of that pocket. There is a smaller Canterbury label inside the neck. The interior of the suit is lined with light blue fabric, and there is a 240 mm slit up the back.
