Description
Radio broadcast transmitter - Collins. Large square machine, with a light grey metal body and dark grey 'face' plate. Face plate contains rectangular glass window with rectangular access panels on either side, above face panel in a meter panel set with 5 electrical meters (all made by "SIMPSON"), below face plate is the makers logo "COLLINS". To the right and left of the maker's logo are indentical sets of 3 buttons and a switch. The bottom centre of front panel contains another access panel with a long round handle at the top. Back of machine is open at bottom and filled with parts, top is enclosed by two doors.
