Description

Dark blue, rectangular, plastic folder. On the cover is TEAL printed in light blue and underneath that is the TEAL logo of a stylised flying fish (Maroro). Inside the folder are two vertical flaps affixed at the edges and open in the middle. The edges of these flaps are inverted triangles.
