Description
Art Platen printing press mounted on cast iron frame, designed for printing illustration blocks. A small electric motor is fitted to the plinth and drives a belt flywheel. The cast iron flywheel is 900 mm in diameter. The press has a large steel cylinder fitted horizontally. A metal "T" bar system is located on the front. This has a round metal knob which, when pulled out, allows the "T" bar to engage. On the top right side is a cast iron operating wheel.
