Description

4-tube telescopic pipes collapsing into outer tube. At the point of extension, is a cast metal box with knob and button to turn it round. There is also a safety chain. Attached to that is a holder for round pipe and silver pin. Other end is a casing and roller for metal cable to run through extending pipes. The cable is wound onto a winch. Attached to the end is a cast clamp for the pipe.
